摘要
目的:借助核磁共振波谱技术研究食管鳞癌患者血清的特征峰,为食管鳞癌的诊断提供参考依据。方法:运用核磁共振波谱技术测试30例正常人血清和60例食管鳞癌患者血清的核磁共振波谱。结果:利用1H NMR分析方法,借用指纹图谱技术,构建了人体血清1H NMR指纹图谱。对食管鳞癌患者血清1H NMR与正常人血清1H NMR图谱进行比较,发现食管鳞癌患者与正常人血清样品在1.0~1.1ppm和3.0~3.8ppm存在一定的差异波峰,可能为食管鳞癌的特征峰。结论:借助特征峰,通过测试可疑食管鳞癌患者血清,核磁共振谱波测定技术有助于食管鳞癌的早期诊断。
Objective:To identify the characteristic ^1H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectroscopy (NMR) regions of sera from the patients with esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Methods: ^1H NMR spectroscopic analysis was performed on serum specimens obtained from 60 preoperative patients with ESCC and 30 healthy controls. Results:The characteristic fingerprint was profiled with ^1H NMR spectroscopic data in healthy controls. In the meantime,^1H NMR spectra of sera from 60 preoperative patients with ESCC were measured and compared with healthy controls. We found that the ^1H NMR spectra of sera from the patients with ESCC most differed from healthy controls at the extent of 1.0-1.1 ppm and 3.0-3.8 ppm. Conclusion:Resort to the characteristic absorption peak,our data suggest that XH NMR spectroscopy contribute to the early diagnosis on suspicious ESCC by analysis of sera from patients.
