摘要
目的：探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体压缩骨折患者围术期护理方法。方法：对62例椎体压缩骨折患者行经皮椎体成形术，并给予精心围术期护理。结果：62例患者手术均获成功，住院时间为5—7d。术后随访4—15个月，患者对手术效果均满意，椎体疼痛无复发，椎体后凸角度和椎体前缘无丢失。结论：对椎体压缩骨折患者行经皮椎体成形术，科学合理的围术期护理是促进患者康复的前提条件。
Objective ： To evaluate the perioperative nursing methods in the treatment of patients with vertebral compression fractures by percutaneous vertebroplasty. Methods： 62 patients with vertebral compression fractures were treated with percutaneous vertebroplasty and given careful perioperative nursing care. Results： The surgical operations were all successful and the time of hospitalization was from 5 to 7 days. The patients were satisfied with the results of operations according to the follow - up for 4 to 15 months. No vertebral pain recurred and no loss of vertebral body kyphosis angle and vertebral body edge occurred. Conclusion： Percutaneous vertebroplasty, scientific and rational perioperative nursing care are the preconditions to promote the rehabilitation of patients in the treatment of vertebral compression fractures.
