A Review of Studies on Neural Basis of Developmental Dyslexia

摘要 文章从脑功能与脑结构两方面介绍了发展性阅读障碍的脑机制研究。研究发现阅读障碍者左半球背侧通路与腹侧通路激活不足,右侧相应脑区出现代偿性激活;在脑结构方面,阅读障碍者左侧语言区白质和灰质的微结构异常。此外,简要介绍了汉语阅读障碍的脑机制研究。在此基础上,分两个方面分析了该领域的最新进展:功能整合研究和训练干预研究。最后提出了当前研究的局限及有待进一步解决的问题。 This article reviews the advanced neuroimaging studies on the brain function and structure of developmental dyslexia (DD). Studies on brain function have shown neural deficits during reading related tasks. Particularly, the left dorsal and ventral circuits of DD show underactivation while additional compensatory activation is found in the right hemisphere. Studies on brain structure have indicated structural disturbance of DD in gray and white matters tract mierostructure of left language areas. The relevant studies on Chinese DD are also reviewed. Moreover, several trends in this field are highlighted: 1 ) studies using the approach of functional integration rather than functional localization; 2) studies to evaluate the' effect of training and intervention on adults or children with developmental dyslexia. Finally critical issues that need to be addressed in future are pointed out.
