摘要
目的探讨中药静炎消合剂冷湿敷治疗可达龙致静脉炎的疗效。方法随机将104例静脉输入可达龙致静脉炎患者分成实验组53例和对照组51例,实验组采用中药静炎消合剂冷湿敷患处皮肤,每4h更换1次;对照组采用硫酸镁湿敷患处皮肤,每4h更换1次,比较2组患者的治疗效果和疼痛缓解程度。结果实验组患者的治疗效果和疼痛缓解程度均优于对照组(p均<0.01),差别有统计学意义。结论中药静炎消合剂冷湿敷治疗可达龙致静脉炎疗效佳,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To figure out the effects of the cold moist compress with traditional Chinese medicine on phlebitis caused by cordarone. Methods： 104 patients ,who were suffering phlebitis caused by cordarone ,were randomly divided into two groups, intervention group（m=53） and control group（n2=51）. In the intervention group, the patients accepted the cold moist compress with traditional Chinese medicine, q4h. In the control group, the patients accepted the cold moist compress with bitter sah,q4h. Compare the treating effects and pain relief between the two groups. Results：The treating effects and pain relief of intervention group were better than that of the control group （p〈0.05 ,p〈0.05）, which had statistically difference. Conclusion：The effects of the cold moist compress with traditional Chinese medicine on phlebitis caused by cordarone were positive, which should be used widely in clinical nursing.
