摘要
新医改公布要探索注册医生多点执业的新政策后,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。随着我国医疗卫生事业的不断发展,医生多点执业将成为行业发展的必然。通过对国外医生执业现状的考察,从法律的角度,提出我国实施该项政策所存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。
The current medical reform explored a new policy about Multi-site Practice of Physicians, it had aroused widespread concern in the community. With the continuous development of healthcare, medical practitioners to practice more will become the inevitable development of the healthcare. By studying foreign medical practitioners how to practice, from a legal point of view, it put forward the problems about implementation of the policy, and make recommendations accordingly.
