摘要
结合当前日益激烈的市场竞争和深入发展的医药卫生体制改革背景,尝试将动态联盟理论应用于处于发展困境中的中小医院,探索其运用于中小医院的可行性、盟友选择策略及方法、联盟组织结构类型及相关机制建设,并结合案例得出基于动态联盟的发展模式和基层定位,发展注重与日激增的预防和保健需要的社区健康服务可以作为中小医院可持续发展的新出路。
Under the environment of fierce market competition and promotion of the health system reform, by analyzing dynamic alliance theories and its application, this paper studies the accessibility, the strategy of alliance choice, the organization structure and related systems of dynamic alliance when it applies to small and medium hospitals, then brings forward that based on dynamic alliance theory and development of community health service, the small and medium hospitals in China can get out of the predicament and make a sustainable development.
