摘要
从治理的视角分析了医疗卫生机构组织目标、利益相关者、控制权及外部治理等相关制度安排及其存在的问题,运用治理理论、新公共管理理论和卫生服务公平理论等,结合我国医疗卫生机构改革的实际,提出了医疗卫生机构的治理结构及其构建方法。
This article analyzed medical service organization about the target location, stakeholders, allocation of control rights and external management. The purpose on constructing govern-ance structure of health institute is to put forward in accordance with the practice of health reform under the direction of governance theory, new public administration theory, health service equity theory, etc.
