摘要
改变助剂种类和用量制备水性UV光油,在铜版纸上涂布具有一定厚度的膜层测试其光泽度;在胶印墨膜和水性凹印墨膜上涂布,测试光油与墨膜的润湿接触角大小。探讨助剂种类和用量对水性UV光油流平性和基材润湿性的影响。结果表明,助剂种类和用量均对光油性能有较大的影响,选择适合体系的助剂种类和用量,可以提高光油的流平性和基材润湿性。
Varnishes consisted of different kinds and amounts of promoters were prepared. Proof test was made on coated paper and the gloss of the samples was measured. The samples coated with offset ink and water- base gravure ink were coated with the varnish, and the contract angle between ink and varnish was measured. The results indicated that kinds and amounts of promoters have notable effect on the performance of the var- nish. Appropriate kinds and amount of promoter can improve leveling performance and substrate wettability.
