摘要
以海德堡速霸胶印机的输墨系统为例,采用计算机仿真的方法给出串动量对油墨流布的影响和不同墨区的油墨经串动后的油墨流布状况。研究发现,随着串动量的增加,保留在本墨区的油墨呈线性降低;一个墨区的油墨经串动后会呈正态分布地向邻近墨区流开,但中间墨区和两端墨区的流布状态不同。
The relationship between stroke length of vibrator roller, different ink zone and ink distribu- tion in the process of ink transfer was analyzed by the way of computer simulation with the inking system of Heidelberg SpeedmMaster Offset Printing as example. The result showed that the retained ink has a lin ear decrease as the increase of stroke length, and ink in one zone can flow to the adjacent zone by normal distribution; the distribution of two ends ink zone have different behavior with each other.
