摘要
采用吹塑薄膜的方法制备PLA薄膜,研究了不同增塑剂、增韧剂以及复配增塑体系对PLA薄膜性能的影响,并通过扫描电镜(SEM)分析薄膜断面结构及其体系的相容性。结果表明:增塑剂A对PLA的增塑效果最好,当各组分PLA,增塑剂A,增塑剂B,环氧大豆油和硬脂酸质量份数比为100∶8∶5∶3∶0.2时,薄膜综合性能良好,抗拉强度为29MPa,断裂伸长率为394%。
The effects of different plasticizers, toughening agents, and complex plasticization system on performance of PLA film prepared by blowing were studied. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to character the cross-section structure and system compatibility of the prepared films. The re- sults showed that when the weight ratio of PLA: plasticizer A: plasticizer B: epoxidized soybean: stearic acid is 100 : 8 : 5 : 3 : 0.2, the prepared PLA film has optimum comprehensive performance, with tensile strength of 29 MPa, and elongation at break of 394%.
