摘要
人巨细胞病毒(HCMV)是宫内感染最常见的病原体之一,可导致胎儿发育异常及多脏器功能损害,也是造成新生儿非遗传性耳聋及智力障碍的主要原因。文章就HCMV感染的流行病学特点,垂直传播方式,对围产儿的危害,产前诊断及防治方法进行探讨。
human cytomegalovirus is one of the most common pathogen inducing intrauterine infection.Congenital human cytomegalovirus infection can result in displasia and multiple organ damage of fetus as well as non-genetic deafness and dysgnosia in newborn. We reviewed the epidemiology, vertical transmission, prenatal diagnosis, treatment and prevention of human cytomegalovirus infection during pregnancy.
