摘要
脑血栓是威胁人类生命及影响人类生存质量的重要疾病之一,它的早期治疗(六小时)是降低死亡率,增加治愈率,降低致残率,提高生存质量的重要因素之一,因此能否早期治疗则成为至关重要的步骤,本文通过对影响脑血栓患者尽早来院就诊的因素的分析,发现在现有医疗条件下,对公众特别是高危人群的脑血栓的健康教育,可能是减少脑血栓决定延迟治疗时间的方法之一。
Cerebral thrombosis is one of the important diseases which threat human life and lower the quality of human existence. The early treatment （in the first 6 hours） is a crucial factor for reducing mortality, increasing cure rate, reducing disability rate, and improving quality of life. Therefore, whether patients could receive the early treatment has become the critical step. In this article, by analyzing the factors which affect the time from their onset to hospital on patients with cerebral thrombosis, we found that the health education to the public, especially to the high - risk populations, might be one of the ways to reduce delay for treatment in the existing medical conditions.
