摘要
医院病人满意度调查是目前各大医院加强质量管理的一项重要举措,作者就是从国内外目前病人满意度调查的研究进展情况,探讨国内在满意度调查方面应该研究的主要方向和重点,为统一病人满意度调查工作标准提供思路。
Investigation on hospital patient satisfaction was an important measure for strengthening quality management in each big hospital. Through domestic and foreign research progress of the investigation on patient satisfaction, the authors explored the main direction and emphasis which should be studied in domestic satisfaction investigation to provide thought for unifying investigation standard of patient satisfaction.
