摘要
提出在电能质量监测系统中以低压电力线载波通信专用芯片IT800D设计通信模块。电能质量监测系统采用ARM(S3c2410X)和DSP(TMS320C6713)双核结构的总体设计方案。IT800D通信模块主要包含外围接口电路、ROM、RAM、数据链路层、物理层、模拟前端、滤波器和耦合器。给出了通信模块的结构图;论述了该模块的通信过程。为测试通信模块的性能设计了ARM和PC机的通信测试平台,给出了主程序、IT800D初始化程序和通信处理程序的流程图。通过对不同距离、不同速率的通信检测结果表明:所设计的通信模块速率在1~3Kbit/s的范围内,能满足电能质量监测系统的要求。
A low-voltage PLC(Power Line Communication) module based on IT800D is designed for the PQMS(Power Quality Monitoring System),which applies the dual-core structure of ARM(S3c2410X) and DSP (TMS320C6713). The module is composed of peripheral eireuitry,ROM,RAM,DLL,PHY,AFE,filter and coupler. Its structure is given and its working principle is discussed. A test platform with ARM and PC is designed for its performance test. The flowcharts of main program, initialization and data processing are presented. The results of communication test for different distances and different speeds show that,the designed module meets the requirements of PQMS within the speed range of 1-3 Kbit/s.
