摘要
东平湖库区是黄河下游最大的滞洪区和重要的补给水源区,是"南水北调"与山东省"西水东送"输水干线的总枢纽。发展生态经济保护东平湖库区生态环境,事关黄河防洪安全和"南水北调"东线以及山东"西水东送"工程调水的成败,也是东平湖库区区域经济可持续发展的关键。应遵循生态和经济规律,构筑建立在生态与经济"双赢"基础上的生态经济产业,实现库区生态环境与经济社会协调发展。
Dongping Lake District is the biggest flood detention area and the important replenishment district, and also the important hinge of the south-to-north water transfer and the west-to-east water deliver of Shandong province. It is important to develop the ecological economy to protect the environment of Dongping Lake District. The building of Dongping Lake District ecological economy industry must follow the ecology and economy rules, and must be built on the win-win basis of harmonious development of zoology and economy.
