酪酪肽_(3-36)与摄食调节

摘要 酪酪肽(Peptide tyrosine-tyrosine即Peptide YY,简称PYY)是一种胃肠激素,主要由结肠和回肠黏膜的L细胞分泌。它由36个氨基酸残基组成,氨基端为酪氨酸残基,羧基端为酪氨酸酰胺结构。目前已发现PYY具有多种生理功能,如抑制胰腺外分泌、抑制胃酸分泌和胃肠蠕动等。目前的大多数研究表明,外周灌注PYY3-36可以抑制人和啮齿动物摄食。现将酪酪肽在生物体内的存在形式之一酪酪肽3-36(即PYY3-36)与摄食调节之间关系的研究概况作简要概述。 Peptide tyrosine-tyrosine(PYY) is a sort of gut hormones.PYY is mainly secreted by L mucous cells of the colon and ileum mucosa.PYY contains 36 amino acid residues.Its N-termination is a tyrosine residue and the C-termination is a tyrosine amide structure.Many physiological functions of PYY have been found up to now,such as inhibiting exocrine of pancreas,secretion of gastric acid and gastric peristalsis,etc.PYY3-36 is one of the presence forms of PYY in vivo.Cur-rently,most of the studies showed that infusion of PYY3-36 could inhibit ingestions of human and rodents.This article mainly reviewed the relationship between PYY3-36 and ingestion regulation.
