摘要
利用热重分析对在氮气气氛下不同升温速率的马尾松生物质原料热失重行为进行了研究。由失重和失重速率曲线分析可知,生物质热解过程分为三个阶段。根据热重实验数据建立动力学热解模型,运用Popescu法从22种动力学机理函数中寻求裂解的最概然机理函数并计算裂解的动力学参数。结果表明,Zhuralev,Lesokin和Tempelmen(Z-L-T)方程为最概然机理函数。
At different heating rates in a stream of N2, thermogravimetric analysis was used to study the pyrolysis characteristics of pine biomass samples. According to the TG and DTG curves, the pyrolysis process showed three distrinct phases. According to TG data, kinetic model of biomass pyrolysis was estab- lished. Popescu method was employed to seek the most probable kinetic mechanism function from the twenty two kinetic functions and calculate pyrolysis kinetic parameters according to the mechanism func- tion determined. It was found that Zhuralev, Lesokin and Tempelmen (Z-L-T) equation was the most probable kinetic equation.
