摘要
通过对水库灌区系统的剖析，提出中小水库灌区系统的概念性模型，设计了表述灌区渠系及用户的树状数据结构和灌区网状数据结构，开发了通用水库灌区系统生成模块和交互式优化配水模块，适宜于一般灌区水资源信息管理。
Abstract With the analysis of reservoir irrigation system (RIS), a conceptual model and its data structure for RIS is set up. Further more, a general management of irrigation information system is developed with the function of generation RIS, optimization water allocation interactively and management other information.
