摘要
通过对刀片侧间隙调整的动作分析,建立侧间隙变化量与轴向移动量的对应关系,依据收集的大量数据分析出间隙调整传动误差,并加以优化、补偿,对解决由间隙调整引起的连刀和堵边有一定的参考价值。
This paper based on the analysis of motion of blade side clearance adjustment, a corresponding relation between side clearance changes and axial movement is set up. According to analysis of large data, acquired a clearance adjustment transmission error, and then optimizing, compensating it. It has a certain reference value to solve the trouble of continuous cut and blocking scrap caused by the clearance adjustment.
