摘要
根据南钢3500炉卷轧机工艺特点,采用三维有限元法(ANSYS软件)建立炉卷轧机辊系模型,研究了轧制力、弯辊力、轧件宽度、工作辊凸度的变化对辊系的影响规律以及辊间接触应力变化规律。根据模拟计算结果,设计了新的支撑辊辊型。现场实际应用表明,辊耗从0.218kg/t下降为0.165kg/t,降低幅度为20.67%,效果显著。
This paper created the steckel mill's model by finite element method ( the ANSYS) based on the Nanjing Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. 3500 steckel mill; it analyzed the rolls deflection and the contact pressure between rolls of the steckel mill under different rolling force, bending force, plate width, and work roll crown. After the FEM calculation, the back-up roll profile has been designed. Its practical application results indicated that the effect was significant and the wear of roll decreased from 0.218kg/t to 0. 165kg/t, the deceased degree was 20.67%.
