大豆油五元环状碳酸酯与双酚A环氧树脂共混体系的研究 被引量:5

摘要 天然可再生资源环氧大豆油与CO2环加成合成大豆油五元环状碳酸酯,通过红外、核磁验证产物五元环状碳酸酯的结构。将E-51环氧树脂与大豆油五元环状碳酸酯共混,二元伯胺作为固化剂生成混合型非异氰酸酯聚氨酯,其材料的机械性能得到很大改善;用扫描电镜观察微观结构,发现共混材料可形成相分离结构,讨论了微观结构对性能的影响。 A novel five-membered carbonated soybean oil was synthesized via natural renewable resource epoxidized soybean oil and CO2. The structure of carbonate groups was confirmed using FT-IR and ^1HNMR spectrum. The obtained five-membered carbonated soybean oil was blended with commercial epoxy resin E-5 lusing diamino as curing agent, the mechanical properties of the blends system was greatly improved. SEM study found that the fractured surface exhibited clear different phase structure. The mechanical properties were discussed in terms of morphology observed by SEM.
