摘要
依据"96·7"洪水沮漳河流域河库错峰调度实例,分析了漳河水库在错峰调度中承担的洪水风险有:(1)水库长时间超汛限水位运行;(2)增加了水库洪水调度的难度;(3)水库防洪能力下降。并分析了对下游防洪的影响以及错峰调度决策的风险等。对进一步做好沮漳河流域河库错峰调度提出了几点建议:(1)研究沮漳河洪水实时错峰调度方案;(2)开发沮河水力资源;(3)组建沮漳河开发总公司;(4)整治下游河道;(5)完善洪水调度自动化系统。
On the basis of the river and reservoir missing peak operation in Ju-Zhang River Valley , analysising Zhanghe Reservoir assuming flood risk in the missing peak operation, analysising flood control influence to the lower reaches and decision risk of missing peak operation. For having a further missing peak operation of Ju-Zhang River Valley, putting forward several suggestions.
