电子阴道镜在宫颈病变诊断中的应用价值 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨电子阴道镜在宫颈病变诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2007年1月至2009年1月在检查为宫颈病变的268例患者行阴道镜检查。结果阴道镜下诊断为异常病例69例,对异常病例均行镜下定位活组织检查,经病理确诊湿疣8例,CIN50例,宫颈癌5例,慢性宫颈炎6例,阴道镜检查对CIN的诊断准确率72.46%(50/69)。结论阴道镜检查技术对宫颈CIN早期诊断,早期治疗及降低宫颈癌的发生率有极其重要的价值,对诊断宫颈疾病结果准确可靠,有一定的临床应用价值。
