摘要
目的 探讨Somno Fit阻鼾器对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征（OSAHS）的临床疗效。方法对15例确认为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAHS）患者佩戴阻鼾器治疗，并在佩戴前后采用夜间多导睡眠仪监测呼吸紊乱指数（AHI）、最低血氧（SaO2）和鼾声指数，观察临床治疗效果。结果佩戴阻鼾器后患者夜间睡眠质量及自觉症状均有改善，治疗前后经多导睡眠仪监测所得各项指标均有明显变化，且具有统计学意义。结论SomnoFit阻鼾器可通过前伸下颌，改变下颌、舌、软腭和悬雍垂的位置关系，稳定下颌和舌，增加舌肌张力，从而达到开大和稳定气道的目的，对治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征有一定疗效。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of somno fit snore guard in Obstructive sleep apnea and hypopnea syndrome（OSAHS）. Methods 15 patients with OSAHS were treated with mandibular advancement appliance named Somno Fit snore guard and re-examined by PSG monitor equipment at night. The change in the sleep disorder indexes were analyzed. Results All 15 patients responded to the treatment,excessive daytime sleepiness and heavy snoring obvious rehabilitation. There were significant increase in lowest SaO2 and decreased in apnea hypopnea index（AHI） （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Somno Fit snore guard is an effective oral applince that could expend upper airway area and benefit the patients with OSAHS.
