摘要
金融情报是金融监管的基础,美国金融监管制度变迁大致经历了3个历史时期,在不同历史时期,其金融业监管的情报需求模式分别表现为:被动情报需求模式、主动情报需求模式、统一交叉情报需求模式。金融情报对美国金融监管发展发挥了重要作用。美国金融监管的历史与经验对日益国际化的中国金融业的监管具有重要的借鉴意义。
Financial intelligence is the basis of financial supervision, US institutional change of financial supervision has experience three historical stages. At every stage of financial supervision, the pattern of intelligence demand varied. That is passive demand pattern, active demand pattern, and unified inter-department demand pattern. Financial intelligence has played an important role in the development of financial supervision. US historical experience of financial supervision can made great contributions to financial supervision in China.
