摘要
对漏油嘴零件的实际测量和在UG中的建模,实现零件的逆向设计。通过UG的导出文件在快速成型机上实现了零件的快速成型制作。对成型零件进行观测,总结出影响快速成型零件产品质量的因素,并从材料和堆积机理的角度进行了解释。
Reverse design is realized through measuring a broken oil filler part and UG modeling. With a process of exporting and importing the STL file from the UG into the Fast Deposite Moulding machine, a fast prototype part is made. Observing and testing the part, a conclusion on what factors influence the part quality is reached by analyzing material theory and deposite mechanism.
