摘要
研究目的:通过现场试验及水泥土室内试验,研究粉喷桩处理高速铁路软土地基的施工工艺,施工组织和管理。研究结论:采用粉喷桩处理高速铁路软土地基是可行的。不同粉喷桩机型的成桩强度相差不大,相同机械型号不同机组的成桩强度存在较大的差异。10 m复搅、全程复搅、增加复搅次数及不同地层对桩体无侧限抗压强度影响不大。在进行粉喷桩施工时,选择施工队伍比选择机型更重要。粉喷桩桩长在10 m以内时,桩体无侧限抗压强度比较均匀,施工质量可控性较高。为了保证施工质量,粉喷桩的施工需要严格管理。
Research purposes: Through the in- situ test and laboratory experiment, the research is done on the construction technique, construction organization and mangement of using dry jet mixing pile to reinforce the soft soil foundation of high - speed railway.
Research conclusions: Using dry jet mixing pile to reinforce the soft soil foundation of high - speed railway is feasible. There is a little difference in piling strength by using the different machine models of dry jet mixing pile, but there is big difference in piling strength by using different machine unit of the same model. The unconfined compression strength of dry jet mixing pile is hardly influenced by the cyclic mixing of 10 m pile and all pile, adding the cyclic number of mixing and the different stratum. Selection of construction is more important than selection of construction machine for the dry jet mixing pile construction. When the pile length is within 10 m, the unconfined compression strength of dry jet mixing pile is even, achieving perfect construction quality. For ensuring the construction quality, the dry jet mixing pile construction demands strict management.
