摘要
对引起盾叶薯蓣（Ｄｉｏｓｃｏｒｅａｚｉｎｇｉｂｅｒｅｎｓｉｓ）茎腐病的病原进行了分离、接种和鉴定。鉴定结果表明：病原是尖孢镰孢菌（ＦｕｓａｒｉｕｍｏｘｙｓｐｏｒｕｍＳｃｈｌｅｃｈｔ），伤口是病原的主要侵入途径。该菌是否为尖孢镰孢菌的新的专化型，尚待进一步研究。
The pathogen of Dioscorea zingiberensis stalk rot was isolated and identified in the laboratory. The identification results showed that the pathogen was Fusarium oxysporum and that the wound was the main way of the pathogen invading. Whether it is a new special forma of Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht needs to be studied further.
