胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的临床病理学分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤(SPTP)的临床病理特点及免疫表型。方法:复习6例STPT患者临床病理资料,对其手术切除标本行免疫组化染色观察。结果:5例患者女性,1例为男性。平均年龄38岁(16～49岁)。3例患者有临床症状,表现为上腹部不适,疼痛,另外3例为体检时发现胰腺有占位。术前影像学诊断SPTP者1例。肿瘤平均直径16.6cm。包膜完整3例。切面实性2例,囊实性4例。组织学上肿瘤细胞形态较单一,呈实性巢片状和假乳头状结构,2例肿瘤呈侵袭性生长。免疫组化染色结果:6例肿瘤均表达Vim。结论:SPTP为主要发生于年轻女性,具有低度恶性潜能的少见肿瘤。免疫组化染色对其诊断和鉴别诊断具有提示意义。手术治疗对STPT的疗效较好。
