摘要
本试验研究了湖北海棠成年实生树阶段转变过程中叶片内多胺、DNA和RNA含量以及可溶性蛋白质含量的变化。结果表明,随着实生树从童区向成年区的转变,叶片内源多胺总量、腐胺、精胺和尸胺含量下降,至成年区除尸胺外,其余变化趋于平稳;叶片中DNA、可溶性蛋白质含量随叶片着生位置的上升而增加。RNA含量和RNA/DNA值初始逐渐上升,至实生树2m高度位置达到峰值后呈下降趋势,成年区叶片DNA含量和RNA含量均极显著高于童区叶片。可溶性蛋白质含量随叶片着生位置的上升而增加。
Contents of polyamines,DNA,RNA and soluble protein abstracted from leaves at different position of crabapple ( Malus hupenhensis ) seedling were investigated in the present study.The results showed that polyamines,putrescine(Put) spermine (Spm) and cadaverine (Cad)content declined progressively with the leaf position rised,but their gradient distributed unevenly.Polyamines,Put and Spm content changed slowly in adult zone,with the leaf position went up;DNA and soluable protein content increased progressively,RNA content and RNA/DNA increased with the leaf position went up and peaked,and then declined afterwards.
