摘要
从节能的角度,阐述了变频技术在二次泵变水量系统中的应用,对变频水泵的能耗进行了分析。同时利用序贯加权因子法(SWIFT)优化了多台并联运行的冷水机组的负荷分配率,并利用实例验证了分析结果。在满足系统负荷的前提下,控制性能稳定,系统总体机组性能系数提高,系统能耗有所减少。
From the viewpoint of energy saving, the application of variable frequency technology in the secondary pump system was expounded and the energy consumption of variable frequency pump was analyzed. Sequential weight increasing factor technique (SWIFF) method was used to optimize the load distribution ratio and the analysis result was tested by example. The control performance of system was stable, the total system COP was improved, and the system consumption was reduced under the premise of meeting the system load.
