摘要
设计了低压备用电源S7-200 PLC自动投入控制系统。讨论了备自投四种操作模式"手投手复、自投手复、手投自复和自投自复"的PLC软件实现方法,给出了基于S7-200和MT型低压断路器的硬件系统结构,提供了基于T形图方法设计的部分程序。实践表明,所设计的备自投系统运行可靠、灵活,满足技术要求和用户需求。
A low-voltage auto-switching system of auxiliary supply was designed based on S7-200 PLC.The software-realizing methods of four operating modes,which include ＂hand-close hand-open＂,＂auto-close hand-open＂,＂hand-close autoopen＂ and ＂auto-close auto-open＂,were discussed.Some PLC ladder programs and hardware system based on S7-200 and MT circuit breaker were introduced.The practice shows that the system can meet the requirements of techniques and users,with high reliability and flexibility.
