摘要 二噁英的排放是全球关注的热点,提高对这类高毒性有机物的了解和控制日益重要。本文对二噁英的来源、性质及毒害作用分别进行了概述,强调了控制技术、管理方法、法律法规及公共参与的重要性。 Dioxin emission has become a focus of global concern; the awareness of the release and control of the highly toxic organic compounds is very important. The review has presented an introduction to dioxin, their formation, some characteristic properties and hazardous nature. Especially the measure to control the dioxin pollutions was made, such as technologies, management system, law and regulations and the public determination.
