摘要
河道整治规划治导线是修建河道整治工程的依据,渭河下游开展以防洪安全为目的的河道整治40多年来,于20世纪70、80和90年代进行了治导线规划与修订,并得到批准和实施。文章总结了三次河道整治治导线规划与修订的原则、参数选定,阐述了不同年代规划指导思想、原则的继承和完善,对比分析了治导线基本流路、整治流量、河宽等要素的变化,总结了治导线规划与修订的经验,对进一步修订渭河治导线提出了建议。
Channel regulation works in the lower Weihe River have been carried out for about 40 years. The planned alignment of channel regulation works was revised three times on the requirements of flood prevention. This paper summarizes the main principle and selection of design parameters for the plan and revision of the channel regulation alignments in different periods. Finally, some suggestiona are given for better revision of channel regulation alignment in the lower Weihe River.
