摘要
实现数字化摄影的目的,就是为了在提高X线影像质量的同时,大幅降低患者的接受剂量。X线剂量控制必须引起使用人员的高度重视。文章提出了在将普通X线机改装DR系统后,存在曝光条件等选择不合理使病人接受过多射线剂量的问题,并介绍了相应的解决办法,使改装的DR系统能在适宜的曝光剂量条件下获得清晰的影像。
The purpose of digital photography is to greatly decrease patient＇s acceptable dose, and to improve the quality of X-ray image. X-ray dose control of DR system refitted from common X-ray machine must be paid much attention. The problem that unreasonable selections of exposure conditions make patient accept too much X-ray dose is proposed in this paper, and corresponding methods are also introduced to make the refitted DR system to obtain clear image under optimal exposure dose.
