摘要
从细胞遗传学的角度对胃癌患者的淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体交换(SCE)进行检测,结果显示:对照组与胃癌SCE频率分别为4.718±1.941,7.788±2.513两组比较,P<0.01,差异有高度显著性,表明:SCE能敏感地反映DNA的损伤情况,故此SCE检测被用作快速检测环境中诱变。
Objective:To determine sister chromosome exchange(SCE)in lymphocytes of stomach cancer patients.Result:The fregencies of SCE in control group was 4.718±1.941,and in stomach cancer group 7.788±2.513.The frequenceies of SCE of two groups were compared.The result showed a significant difference(P<0.01).This result reveals that SCE may sensitively reflect DNA injured case,to determine SCE was one of the sensitive methods for examination of induction carcinogenesis in circumstance.
