摘要
观察大鼠心肌缺血预处理及硫酸腺嘌呤预处理心肌细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)的活性变化,并探讨其心肌保护机理。用3,3’-二氨基联苯胺(DAB)的Seligman法检测CCO,依Ridit值行显著性检验。实验表明:心肌缺血再灌注组CCO损伤性反应明显;经典缺血预处理组、硫酸腺嘌呤预处理组CCO损伤性反应较之明显减轻(P<0.05)。结果提示:经典缺血预处理对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
The cytochrome oxidase activity of myocardium preconditioning with classical method and sulpuric acid adenine was investigated in rats and its mechanism was investigated.Frozen left veatricular was frozen sectioned and cytochrome oxidase activity was tested by 3,3’DAB seligman method,then the significance test was done by Ridit method.The results showed:CCO activity of the ischemic preperfusion group was significantly lower than those of the sulpuric acid adenine group and ischemic preconditioning(IPC)group as well as control group(P<0.05),CCO activity of IPC group was significantly lower than of sulpuric acid adenine group(P<0.05)and there was no significant difference in CCO activity befween sulpuric acid adenine group and control group(P<0.05).It is suggested that sulpuric acid adenine and IPC group can protect myocardium from ischemic preperfusion injury and the effect of sulphuric acid adenine was efficient.
