摘要
目的:观察温阳平喘方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床疗效。方法:对照组24例用茶碱缓释片、盐酸氨溴索缓释胶囊、沙丁胺醇气雾剂治疗,治疗组26例用温阳平喘方治疗,20天为一疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组88.5%,对照组70.8%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:温阳平喘方治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病有较好的疗效。
Objective ：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Warming Yang and Relieving Asthma Decoction on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Method ：24 cases were treated with theophylline sustained -release tablets, ambroxol hydroehloride sustained - release capsules and salbntamol aerosols as the control group while 26 eases were treated with Warming Yang and Relieving Asthma Decoction as the study group. One treatment course was 20 days. Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 88.5 % , while that of the control group was 70.8 % ,There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The therapeutic effect of the study group was superior to that of the control group. Conclusion ： Warming Yang and Relieving Asthma Decoction has good effect on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
