摘要 团队式案例教学是通过组织相同学科教师教学团队,采用轮次案例教学指导学生组织学习团队进行合作研讨学习,并将学习绩效及教学评价反馈给教师团队的一种双向互动性教学方式。研究和推行团队式案例教学模式,目的是为了改革传统教学方式,发挥教师积极性,提高教师教学水平,激发学生学习动机,培养学生的独立性和创新实践能力。本文致力于对该教学方法的应用性研究过程和结果作系统性的论证和总结。 Team-basod case-teaching method is an active, mutual teaching mode which organizes the teachers in teams with same subjects and uses case teaching method to advise their students to study cooperatively and work together. Meanwhile, the performance of student teams and evaluation to the teachers will also feedback to the teaching teams. The purpose of study and implementation of this team-based case teaching mode is to reform the traditional teaching methods, encourage the motivation and improve the quality of teachers. It will also inspire students' learning motivation and develop students' independence and innovative capacity. This paper focuses on the conclusion and summarization of the research process of this teaching method.
