摘要
从分析我国高等教育大众化背景入手,提出高等学校的办学定位、培养方案和教学方法进行改革的历史必然性。而教学方法和教学手段的改革要求发挥好教师不可替代的关键作用,因此如何提高教师质量就成为一个重要的问题。对教师质量的评价,除了学术水平和教学能力以外,最重要的就是教师对教学工作的高度责任感和对学生的爱,这不仅关系到人才培养的质量,也将影响到国民经济的可持续发展和综合国力的提高。
In this paper, the author reviews the background of ＂mass＂ higher education in China first, and believes the reform of orientation, training mode, and teaching method of the colleges is historical inevitable. While the reform of teaching methods is mainly rely on the teachers, which consequently raised the question of how to improve the quality of teaching. Besides academic quality and teaching ability, the evaluation of the teachers＇ quality also includes another very important aspect, i. e. , the sense of responsibility and love to the students. This aspect is not only related to the quality of personnel training, but also will affect the national economy sustainable development and enhancement of comprehensive national strength.
