钻孔法中光栅应变花与电阻应变花测量变形的比较 被引量:5

Comparison between Grating Rosette and Strain Gage Rosette of Deformation Measuring in Hole-Drilling Method

摘要 针对钻孔法测量残余应力方法中变形测量存在的误差,提出用光栅应变花测量钻孔所释放的残余应变.应用光栅应变花测量应变,既可以测量孔到边3个方向上的线应变,又可以逐点测量到整个应变场,避免了电阻应变花因难以定位、平均应变等带来的误差.通过对已知应力状态试件的测试及与理论计算比较,得到了比较满意的结果,证明该方法是可行的. For eliminating the errors in deformation measuring and improving the accuracy in hole-drilling method, this paper presented an optical technique, grating rosette and Moire interferometry. It should be stressed that not only three directional strains can be obtained, but also three strain fields can be acquired in grating rosette and Moire interferometry. This method can reduce some errors in strain gage rosette, such as the problem of positioning and strain instead of the average strain. By comparing the experimental results of known stress state specimen with theoretical calculations, the results show that the method is feasible.
