摘要
基于某型号板式换热器实验数据,对已有的换热模型进行了误差分析和比较.在以R134a为工质的Yan and Lin蒸发器换热模型基础上,通过对R410a物性分析,提出了修正形式,同时,比较了板式蒸发器2种压降模型.结果表明:该换热模型适用于R410a板式蒸发器;与已有的换热模型比较,该模型拟合精度提高了10%,平均误差为6.5%,且离散度大幅减小.
This paper compared different models of the heat transfer and did the errors analysis based on the experimental data of special plate heat exchanger (PHE). By studying the character of R410a, the paper modified the Yan and Lin model to get the reasonable R410a one which improves the accuracy 10% with average error 6.5%. Besides, two pressure drop models were discussed. This paper will help design the PHE and provide models to simulate the system.
