摘要
结合上海"大上海会德丰广场"深大基坑工程实例,提出了控制软土地区深大基坑卸荷变形的分区卸荷技术对策,根据工程需要,在紧邻运营地铁区间隧道的北区基坑中,研发并首次应用了钢支撑轴力伺服系统.结果表明:所采用的钢支撑轴力伺服系统可以将北坑开挖的围护结构变形及地铁隧道变形控制在设定目标内,使隧道的水平位移在4 mm以内,隧道附加沉降在2 mm以内,邻地铁侧围护地连墙变形在13.5 mm以内,从而保护紧邻的运营地铁安全.
Combined with the engineering practices of deep and large excavations of Shanghai Wheelock Square,the divisional unloading method was put forward as the control measure. And in the north division, which is adjacent to metro tunnel, This paper researched and developed the support axial force servo system to control the lateral deformations. The monitoring date shows, by using this system, the lateral and settlement deformation of metro tunnel were under 4 mm and 2 mm, the lateral deformation of diaphragm wall was under 13.5 mm. The application of this system was successful, and it was the first application in China.
