摘要
以液化天然气船(LNG)液舱为研究对象,在3自由度液舱晃荡模拟装置上进行了模型试验.对不同装载率纵摇工况下液舱壁受到的压力进行了试验,并利用MSC.Dytran有限元软件,采用任意拉格朗日-欧拉法(ALE)对液舱晃荡进行了数值模拟.试验和数值模拟结果表明:液舱运动频率在液体固有频率附近时液舱壁会受到很大的晃荡冲击压力,其压力时间历程呈非线性双峰特征;在远离液体固有频率时,液舱壁主要受到静水压力,晃荡现象不明显.
Pressure variations in a moving partially filled liquefied natural gas(LNG) tank were carried out numerically and experimentally. MSC. Dytran with arbitrary Lagrange Euler(ALE) was used to simulate the sloshing. The study shows the non-linear behavior of liquid sloshing in the LNG tank. When the frequency of the tank motion is close to the natural frequency of the tank fluid, large sloshing amplitudes can be expected.
