摘要
采用煮棉生物酶VC对棉/羊毛混纺纱线进行前处理,以避免传统前处理工艺中碱对羊毛的损伤。选择活性、酸性染料两步法进行染色,严格控制升温速度、染色时间和保温时间,能够达到理想的染色效果。染色后可通过柔软处理改善手感。指出了棉/羊毛混纺纱染整加工中的注意事项。
Bio-scouring with enzyme VC was applied to pretreatment of cotton/wool blended yarn to avoid fiber damage, which could be caused by alkali in conventional method. Desired results could be achieved by two-step dyeing process with selected reactive dyes and acid dyes, and strictly controlling heating rate, dyeing time and holding time. Soft hand could be obtained through softening finish. Matters needing attention were pointed out.
