以黑粪为首症的上消化道出血内镜检查分析 被引量：1

摘要 <正>上消化道出血临床上以呕血和(或)黑粪为主要表现,但相当一部分仅以黑粪为首症。本文报道112例仅以黑粪为临床表现的上消化道出血病变特点。临床资料一、病例选择本组病例均以单纯性黑粪为主诉,持续天数>3天,至胃镜检查前一天内仍出现黑粪患者,所有病例大便隐血试验均4个“+”,每日1~2次96例,3次以上16例,2例为暗红色血便,余均为柏油样便,均排除食物、药物、呼吸道出血、口腔出血等影响因素。
