摘要
通过对体育教学方面开展的心理健康教育问题进行了探讨,就如今高职生的心理状况,阐述了高职院校体育教学对学生心理教育的特殊作用,并提出在体育教学过程中渗透心理健康教育的方法与途径。
In the 21st century mental health education will be permeated through the whole process of school education. This article mainly discusses the matter of mental health education in physical education, expounds physical education in vocational colleges h~ the special effect on students＇ mental education, and puts forward the ways and means of permeate the mental health education through the physical education in vocational colleges.
