摘要
通过实验等方法对7名世居高原的竞走运动员,赛前33天高原训练期间身体机能指标进行测试,探讨赛前高原训练对身体机能的影响,为其在预定时间内发挥出高原训练效应提供参考依据。结果显示:血项显示指标呈先降后升趋势,至训练结束恢复到训练前水平;VO2max无明显变化;CK、BUN在正常范围内变化;睾酮值、T/C比值均显著升高。结论:世居高原运动员经赛前高原训练后其血象指标和激素水平得到改善和提高,运动能力得到提高。
Using experimental methods , this article analyses physical function for 7 native plateau walking race athletes during pre- competition altitude training in 33 days, to explore the pre- altitude training on the impact of physical, and then provide reference to it scheduled time for their play in the effects of altitude training . Results: blood routine indexes show descending, then ascending tendency, and recovering until end of the training. VO2max has no significantly changed. CK, BUN changes in the normal range, while testosterone, T / C ratio were significantly increased. Conclusion: After the altitude training by the athletes the blood hormone levels and indicators are improved and increased, so the exercise capacity is improved.
