摘要
为研究前列腺摘除术后膀胱出口梗阻的原因、预防措施及处理方法，对前列腺摘除术后膀胱出口梗阻18例（其中行耻骨上前列腺摘除术后14例，经尿道前列腺摘除术后4例）进行临床分析，梗阻原因有膀胱颈后唇抬高6例，膀胱颈前唇缩窄4例，膀胱颈环行缩窄6例，膀胱颈、后尿道闭锁2例。所有患者均施行了经尿道电切术或开放性手术治疗，结果均完全治愈。认为前列腺摘除术后膀胱出口梗阻与前列腺增生合并膀胱颈挛缩未同时处理、手术时膀胱颈处理不当及前列腺外科包膜损伤等因素有关，其预防措施及处理方法应根据不同情况而决定。
To study the causes of bladder outlet obstruction after prostatectomy, 18 cases withobstructive symptoms after suprapublic prostatectomy in 14 and TURP in 4 patients were studiedretrospectively. It was found that the posterior bladder neck elevated in 6,vesicle neck contracted in10,and vesicle neck or posterior urethral occluded in 2 cases. All patients had been cured by TURor open surgery. We believed that bladder neck obstruction after prostatectomy was due to improper management of bladder neck and injury to the prostate capsule. It should be treated differentlyaccording to its causes.
