摘要
对影响热轧角钢负偏差率的原因进行了分析,采用了重新确定负偏差率区间、提高轧辊车削精度、孔型优化、成品在线称重、规范调整等措施,负偏差率波动明显减少,负偏差均衡率由2008年的38%-50%,提高到2009年的75%。在取得了一定的负偏差率收益的基础上,提高了产品几何尺寸的稳定性。
This article analyses all kinds of reasons resulting in the fluctuation of the minus - deviation ratio that has bad effect on geometrical size of the steel product. The fluctuation of the minus - deviation was obviously reduced by such means as reassuring the minus -deviation ratio area, improving precision of roller scraping, optimizing pass, standardizing adjustment manners of the rolling mill,weighing online and so on. So the general level of the minus - deviation equilibrium ratio is enhanced from38% -50% in 2008 to 75% in 2009. At the same time,the geometrical size of the hot rolled angle product was strongly improved.
